Pregnancy and your expert life can work together. I advise all my patients to continue with their work till 3rd trimester of Pregnancy, unless advised otherwise by your Doctor. Being participated in work, and meeting people expertly and socially will minimize your tension levels.

2.Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?

You can securely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless encouraged otherwise due to high threat Pregnancy.

Strolling is generally recommended at all stages. Your Gynecologist may also advise on specific Pelvic exercises to improve possibilities of Normal Delivery.
